Sound Health Care Center is a group of primary care providers servicing South Kitsap County. We believe a good primary care doctor is measured by keeping patients healthy, staying out of the hospitals, and whenever possible, away from expensive procedures. Primary Care physicians do more than merely treat today’s symptoms or serve as a gateway to specialist care; they coordinate care for their patients across the entire care spectrum.

Dr. Frandsen has a passion for medicine and a passion for family, so it’s no surprise his career in family medicine has been so richly rewarding. He is a veteran, board-certified family practitioner.

Melissa grew up in Western WA. and went to both Highline College and Seattle Pacific University for undergrad degrees in Nursing, before she graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2018 with a Family Nurse Practitioner degree.
