Q:  What’s the best way to get my prescription refilled?

A:  First, contact your pharmacy.  They will contact the doctor for you and help take care of any needed paperwork.  Registering for our Patient Portal will also allow you online access to your prescriptions and refill requests.

Q:  What if I don’t have any more refills available?

A:  If you have no refills remaining, please contact your pharmacy to request a renewal. The pharmacy will coordinate with your doctor to make sure you are getting the continuity of care you deserve. You may also request refills through our Patient Portal.

Q:  What if I need a written prescription?

A:  Call our office at (360) 876-2434 and speak to a member of your health care team.  When leaving a message, they will need to know your full name (or the name of the patient), date of birth, name of the prescribed drug, how you are taking it (dosage, how many times per day) and if you would like to pick up the prescription or have it mailed.  Please leave a call back number in case there are any questions.  We request a minimum of one full business day to process your prescription request.
