Appointments, Hours, and Services

Q:  Where do I go if I have an emergency?

A:  Immediately Call 911 or your local emergency number.

Q:  What about after hours care?

A:  If you are calling after hours, your call will be answered by an auto-attendant.  You will be asked to select an option that will correctly handle and direct your call.  If you need to speak with the provider on call, you should press option 8 and your call will be forwarded.

Q:  How do I make an appointment?

A:  You may call our office at (360) 876-2434 to schedule, change or cancel an appointment.  Once you have established care, we can set you up with online access to appointment scheduling through our Patient Portal.

Q:  How do I confirm my appointment?

A:  In most circumstances, we will confirm your appointment with you the day before your scheduled visit.  Please call us at (360) 876-2434 if you have any questions.

Q:  What should I bring with me to my appointment?

A:  Please visit our Preparing for Your Visit page.

Q:  How do I send a message to my doctor?

A:  If you need to contact a member of your health care team, please call (360) 876-2434.  Online access is also available once you are registered to use our Patient Portal.  The Patient Portal allows secure, electronic correspondence with your health care team.

Q:  When can I expect my lab results?

A:  Lab results may take anywhere from 2-14 days.  Your health care team will be able to narrow down that window based on your specific tests.  We will call you with the results or report them to you through our Patient Portal.  If you haven’t received your results within 14 days, please call your doctor.

Q:  What if I need to see a specialist?

A:  We suggest visiting your primary care doctor first.  Your problem will be evaluated to determine if a referral is necessary.  If you do need to see a specialist, we will help you to find the appropriate provider and will coordinate and continue to be involved in all aspects of your care.
